How do you sign up?
Choose the city you want to order for on the main page and click the “Login/Register” button at the top right hand corner for Desktop or click the Menu button then “Login” for Mobile. We require you have an account when you purchase from Imperial Bud!
Where do you deliver to?
We are currently delivering our dispensary grade products to Kitchener Waterloo, GTA and London, Ontario. We are actively expanding to surrounding cities but if we’re not serving a city near you then we also do Canada Wide Mail orders!
How do I know when my order will be received?
Once your order is submitted online, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email then it’s possible that your order was not submitted properly. Please contact us at 226-808-0014 or online at our live chat to confirm.
How long does it take for delivery?
Estimated time of arrival is 30-70 minutes on average depending on your location and time of order. If ETA’s are longer than expected, we will contact you shortly after we receive your order with an updated ETA and confirmation text.
Do you do Same Day Cannabis Delivery?
We are offering Same Day Weed Delivery to the following cities: Kitchener Waterloo, London and GTA. Last call is 30 minutes before closing for that location.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash or Interac E-Transfer.
How do I pay by Interac E-Transfer?
Please confirm with dispatch that you will be paying by E-Transfer. Dispatch will then give you the E-Transfer email. All E-Transfers are subject to a 10% fee. For future orders onwards, you must make a note on checkout that you will be paying by E-Transfer + 10% fee.

We are still open during these extraordinary times! Our staff is taking all precautionary measures to keep you and our employees safe.
Methods of Delivery
Please leave one of the following options if you’d like to change your method of delivery.
Mail Order: Once payment by Email Transfer is received, we will mail your through Canada-post. You will then receive a tracking number to track your order. Please note we are not responsible for any lost packages in the mail. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. – to encourage contactless delivery, all mail orders will have no delivery fee! ($100 minimum)
Contactless Drop Off: Driver may drop off package at your front door. You may leave your payment in the mailbox
as well for the driver to collect.
